1. General Principle

Products sold via packro.com.tr are manufactured specifically according to the dimensions, printing and design provided by the BUYER. Therefore return conditions differ from those for standard stock items.

2. Scope of the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15/1-(b) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs. Custom-printed and custom-sized boxes fall within this scope.

3. Cancellation Before Production

The order may be cancelled before proof approval and before production starts. At this stage, if a cutting die has already been produced its cost is deducted; otherwise the payment is refunded in full. Please send your cancellation request together with your order number by email or phone.

4. Cancellation After Production

Once printing or cutting has started the order cannot be cancelled and the amount is not refunded, because the product cannot be sold to another customer.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the product has a manufacturing defect, print misregistration, incorrect dimensions or a finishing fault attributable to the SELLER, it is reproduced free of charge. Shipping costs in such cases are borne by the SELLER.

6. Notification Period

Defect notifications must be made within 7 days of delivery, together with photographs. Notifications made after this period are reviewed but reproduction cannot be guaranteed.

7. Damage in Transit

If you notice crushing, water damage or tearing on the parcel at delivery, do not accept it without having the courier issue a damage report. Liability cannot be accepted for damaged parcels accepted without such a report.

8. Quantity Tolerance

As an industry standard in offset production, output may be up to 5% below or above the ordered quantity. For short production the value of the missing quantity is refunded; no additional charge is made for overproduction.

9. Colour Tolerance

A reasonable difference may occur between colours seen on screen and the printed product, due to monitor calibration and the printing process. For jobs without a Pantone spot colour this is not accepted as grounds for return. If colour is critical, please request a printed proof before ordering.

10. Payment of Refunds

For approved returns the amount is refunded within 7 business days according to the payment method. For card payments, crediting to your card account may take 2–10 business days depending on bank processes.
